Family Fun Night Planning Meeting

The Englewood Parent Teacher Club is hosting its 14th Annual Family Fun Night on April 4th.

In order to prepare for this large event, we are in need of many parents to help in many areas. This is a great way to network with many parents within all grade levels as well as a great fundraiser to help support the school.

How can you help? We will be having a Family Fun Night planning meeting in the Library. We will be in one of the back rooms.

Please bring any ideas and suggestions you have and where you plan to help out.

•         Set Theme, and fundraising goals for event.
•         What activities, games, food, and venders should we use this year?
•         With what partners can we work this year?
•         What events were most successful last year, measuring success by cost return?
•         What should we post on our blog, our website, our Facebook, our newsletter, etc. to communicate our events to supporters and new prospects?
