envelopes should have come home last week and this week volunteer forms should
also be in your child's backpack.

2.) Look for Jog-a-thon volunteer forms in your child's backpack this
week.
3.) Email volunteeratenglewood@gmail.com, tell us your name and what
shifts you can cover.

We ask
that the volunteers arrive 15 minutes before the students start
running and report to the volunteer table to check in and for further
instruction.

that we have the spots filled by Tuesday, October 10th.

your volunteer for 2 or more hours you receive a 2017 Jog-a-thon T-shirt!*
Before taking part in a
volunteer activity, applicants must complete a criminal history check. You can
check with the office if you’re not sure yours is valid, they are good for 5
years. You can get a form in the office or on the Salem Keizer Public Schools
website, https://www.salkeiz.k12.or.us/content/human-resources/volunteer
